zotsmann issues

am planning to finally buy the zotsmann - but wolfgang told us  the company is now not in his hands;  i am assuming the product is still the same, but i heard his support services (breakdown/repair) were very good , and with new company now, wondering if that will still be the case.  any body have experience with new company?  any advice?

Hi Faizk:

I have known Wolfgang for a long time and just because someone took over the company I do not believe that any changes would occur and if they do they would be better and not the opposite. Why dont you ask him?
